This is the future home for some retirees. This house situated in a relatively steep site, designed by Robinson Architects. From the street, the building appears in the lower scale, while still getting good elevation on the beach front. All rooms are cross ventilated. Automatic window allows easy control. Runoff water harvesting and natural lighting is used today to minimize the amount of artificial light required.
