The house was designed by Javier Artadi, located in Las Arenas, Lima, Peru. The project consists of a small house on the coast about 100 km south of Lima. The house resembles a container box to integrate the living room, dining room and terrace with swimming pool. Meridian Building Meridian Building by Studio Pacific Architecture, Wellington, New Zealand

This building was designed by Studio Pacific Architecture, located on the waterfront of Wellington, New Zealand. A Meridian building is integrated into the surrounding maritime environment, in cooperation with neighboring buildings to contribute to the character of the area. The building was built as two different forms: some small attachment curved, sitting close to the existing warehouse in the area, with external louvres rich color and texture. Rectangular white pavilion faces seaward, with upper floors cantilevered out looks lighter floats on water. (more…)

Iporanga House is designed by Nitsche Arquitetos Associados, located in Sao Paulo Coast region about 120 km from the capital. Structural concept of the house was inspired by a small river bridge typical of this litoraneal area. The volume of wood frame is a “private” part of the house, because the side of the road was covered by opaque board (made of wood and covered on both faces with a slab of cement), glass panel with nylon curtain, and on the forest side, aluminum sliding doors common room opening onto the verandah. This building occupies a site that is very good in geography and exploration of information and urban evolution. The architecture is modern but also addresses the conceptual questions such as how the library is to survive or even thrive in the digital era. Located in the north of England, building pump is a contemporary and modern building design. The building consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two reception rooms. The house facade remains as the origin of the building and show the interesting brick. Once inside, the overall perspective is bent, as potential visitors may be surprised with a very modern interior.
