Haines House is located in a suburb of Sydney, Australia. Designed by Christopher Polly Architect, Haines House is a storey building and 3 to 4 storey apartment blocks. This project involves the complete repair of the floor of the existing semi-single with the addition of an open volume to improve the physical and visual relationship to the rear garden, while the advantage of increased access to sunlight, natural ventilation and views to the landscape and the sky outside.
