Brightness of the building allows it to breathe by day and to exhale by night. In the daytime, the building can be translucent light through the porous facade and at night structure of the light generated by the events that occur on the inside. Central space acts as the main attraction, described by Olivier Brouillard from COMPLEX CITY as the ‘lungs of the city, as cultural activities take place and hanging out with citizens.
