Renovation Project of Stefano House by Massimo Mariani Architect

This project is the renovation of the Stefano house which was built in the early 1960s in Navicelli road, between the historical center of Empoli and the river Arno. Designers have a plan to evacuate all floors of interior to conduct the redesign of the three interior floors. The building was developed on three floors above the ground; from monofamiliar house was turned into a house bifamiliar, with several offices on the ground floor. The first floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen, each offering a different view. There are terraces along the road protected by a wall of aluminum, on the other side of the kitchen and dining room overlooking the interior patio with hydromassage.
