Located in Groningen, Netherlands, Shaken Office was designed by zerodegree architectures. This building consists of ‘two impressive architectural buildings, used for scientific laboratories and offices. There is a difference in elevation between the offices and laboratories, 3.6 meters for offices, 4.25 meters for the laboratory. The concept of stacked-up boxes obviously take place in different sizes that can house diverse dimensions. To this pattern of organization of the architects needed space for all floor plans. They use this principle to make one neat construction principle that requires the use of minimal material.
